Booking and Paying for your holiday

I will confirm the availability and cost when you enquire. I will send out an information required form. A deposit of 25% of the full cost is payable on booking. A confirmation and deposit form will then be sent out. The balance is due six weeks prior to the first day of the holiday. A balance due email will be sent followed by an arrival details and balance received email.
 When a booking is made less than six weeks before arrival, the full cost of the holiday is payable immediately. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Damage Policy

If any accidental damage occurs you must report it to myself as soon as possible. It will be necessary for myself or trade person to enter the cottage to carry out repairs. Depending on the damage or repair a cost may be involved to cover the damage done.

Pets are not to be left in the cottage unattended and they must not be allowed on the beds or furniture.

Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed booking, I will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If the cottage is re-let I will refund any monies which have been paid by you, less a cancellation charge of £25.00 per week booked. If I am unable to re-let the cottage, there shall be no obligation on my part to repay any monies paid.
It is recommended that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday. use a recommended insurance broker.

General

The number of persons occupying the cottage must not exceed the maximum level stated of 4. The cottage is equipped to cater for 4 and includes all bedding and towels. The cottage is cleaned thoroughly between each let, However as only a limited period of time is available to clean, it is a condition that you leave the property and its contents as you find it.
The cottage owner shall not be liable for damage, loss or injury to your party or possessions however caused.
